A beautiful detached barn conversion with loads of character, waiting to welcome you for that well deserved break, in the picturesque village of Armscote, South Warwickshire. Here is where you can truly unwind in peace and quiet.
The Cottage has retained original features including beams and exposed stone walls and has been furnished to a high standard with gas fired C.H.
The ground floor offers a cosy comfortable lounge, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom including shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A cot and a high chair can be provided should you need them.
The cottage is set just off the courtyard of New Manor Farmhouse and has gated access from the lane making the garden, the patio complete with garden furniture and bbq areas a safe environment for children.
Why not enjoy a relaxing drink and/or barbecue in the garden if the weather is fine.
